[BR] Operator Goals 2.0

Goal:

• A place to update and manage the goals for margin, operator loads, and service failures.

• Help the managers set the appropriate goals for the team and each operator.

Needs:

• Have the goals be reflected in the reports that we display in Operator Reports.

• Be able to set the monthly goal for the team and the system automatically distributes equally to the operators.

• But also be able to edit goals for individual operators.
