Problems:
Everyone has access to sales goals so they can modify them at will
They're not a report but more data entry in a separate section
No way to filter data and export it if needed
Don't know how it reflects on sales reports of an individual sales goals over time
Solution:
A data entry point where managers can easily set the sales goal for the team in a yearly/quarterly/monthly/weekly bases and efficiently set and monitor each sales person’s goals and performances.

Total Revenue Goal
This is where managers can set the yearly sales goal for the team.
Edit Goal
Manager can only set the yearly goal
Yearly goal value
This is what the manager had set up.
Based on this number, quarterly, monthly, and weekly goals will be calculated automatically
e.g. if yearly = $1,200,000 then Quarterly would be 1,200,000/4 = $300,000
Gross Margin Goal
Where the manager set the gross margin goal
Once this is set, it will apply to everything

This number will automatically be calculated with #3 & #4
$1,200,000 * 0.7 = $840,000
Quarterly
This section will be auto-calculated based on the yearly sales goal and gross margin goal.
Monthly
This section will be auto-calculated based on the yearly sales goal and gross margin goal.
Weekly
This section will be auto-calculated based on the yearly sales goal and gross margin goal.
Yearly Current
This number is the total sales profit made by the team for that current year.
Current Details
Revenue gap: Yearly goal - Yearly current
Yearly projection: (Yearly current divided by the # of working days passed till present) multiply by total number of working days a year.
Last Year: Total sales profit reached by the team last year
Current Gross Profit: Yearly current multiply by gross margin goals
Quarterly Current
This number is the total sales profit made by the team for that current quarter
For details, you calculate everything by quarterly.
Monthly
This number is the total sales profit made by the team for that current month
For details, you calculate everything by monthly.
Weekly
This number is the total sales profit made by the team for that current week
For details, you calculate everything by weekly.

With the yearly goal (#1) set up on the top, it will be distributed equally to all the sales people
