[BR] Portal Metrics Report
Overview
This report helps the brokerage see how many customers and carriers they have, and of those, how many of the customers/carriers are connected to the brokerage through the portals (Zuum Loads and Capacity Pro).
This is especially important for SaaS. There will come a time when a new Broker SaaS account is created (for example, Happy Broker), and that account adds a new Carrier (Sunshine Trucking).
Sunshine Trucking might already be a Zuum Loads user. But Happy Broker added Sunshine Trucking as a carrier, Sunshine Trucking became a new user for Happy Broker.
It is important to realize that we don't only care about the total number of new signups for capacity pro or zuum loads, but of the number of newly connected Capacity Pro / Zuum Loads accounts to the brokerage that is viewing the report.

Loads Booked - Capacity Pro
Loads Booked on Capacity Pro
This is the total number of loads booked on capacity pro during the time interval
Number of Shipment Quotes on Capacity Pro
This is the total number of shipment quotes retrieved on capacity pro during the time interval
Number of loads posted to the marketplace
This is the total number of loads posted to the marketplace from capacity pro during the time interval
Capacity Pro Engagement
This is a table with each module in the app, and for each module, the number of total
