Overview

The ability for users to add notes next to the carrier for both Internal carriers and on DAT. This is a way for users to leave notes for themselves or for each other.

Requirements

1 As a user, I can expand the table row and add a note.
Design (3 screens): Invision Link | Invision Link | Invision Link

1. Once the user clicks the expand icon in the table row, a plus icon button will be available.

2. Once the user clicks the plus icon, a mini modal will appear:

   1. Status: Booked, Called, Not Available, Rejected, Unqualified

   2. Message text field

3. This applies to DAT carrier list and to the internal list.

2 As a user, I can view my note to a carrier.

1. Once a note has been added a new cell row will appear with the status and note

   1. To be displayed: Status, users' initial, message, delete icon

   2. Number badge next to the ‘Age’ column, indicating how many notes are listed

2. Only one note per user, if the user wants to edit their original comment, the user will click the plus icon button and the same modal will appear. The user will have to edit their message and submit it, then their note will update to the new text.

3. When another user adds a note, another new cell row will appear below.

4. Only the user can delete their own message
