Overview

Need the ability to see if a carrier is OK To Load, insurance is available and has not expired.

Ability to invite carriers easily, without having to type up an email every single tie.

A OK To Load Requirements

A1 As a user, I can view the carrier database and see OK to Load column and Invite Carrier buttons.

  1. On the Carrier Database page, a new column will be added to the able ‘OK To Load’

    1. green checkmark if checked in the details

    2. red X if unchecked in details

  2. Invite Carrier button will be added to this page

  3. Invite Carrier button will also be added to the main navigation menu

A2 As a user, if I click OK To Load, a message modal will appear why its unavailable.
Design (3 screens): Invision Link | Invision Link | Invision Link

  1. If the user tries to check the ‘OK To Load’ a message modal will appear under two scenarios:

    1. The insurance info card is incomplete

    2. The insurance is expired

  2. The insurance information card is expected to be filled in now

B Suggested Carrier Tables

B1 As a user, I can see the OK To Load column for the previous carriers table.

  1. On the Internal Previous carrier list, the column ‘OK To Load’ will be added here

B2 As a user, I view which carriers are already in Zuum when looking at the DAT carrier list.

  1. Add 'Invite Carrier' button to the table header

  2. When looking at DAT External carrier list, the MC/DOT# will be blue indicating the carrier is on Zuum

    1. the user can click it and should link them to the carrier page

  3. ‘OK To Load’ will only appear if carrier is in the Zuum system, following the checkmark and X 

C Invite Carriers

C1 As a user, I can invite carriers.
Design (2 screens): Invision Link | Invision Link

  1. When the user clicks any of the Invite Carrier button, a modal will appear where the user can enter multiple

    1. Email address → sends email

    2. Mobile Number → sends SMS

    3. Message body

  2. The carrier (receiver) will receive the Zuum Carrier onboarding link
